Thomas Barnes

Tom Barnes ... I was raised on Cape Cod but have traveled some and lived as far west as Kentucky. Out of High School I pursued first journalism, but then felt a call to the ministry and attended seminary where I was ordained as an Orthodox priest. Sometime later I went to work as a registered nurse and recently retired after 40 years working with the Department of Veterans Affairs. My education includes a BA in Sociology, a BS in Nursing, and a diploma in Theology from Trinity Evangelical School of Theology. I have now authored 3 books, but my favorite hobby in my retirement is writing and recording music. My wife MaryBeth and I have family scattered all over the country whom we love and long to visit as often as possible, and we also enjoy exploring the USA and the world. Above all else, our faith is precious to us and we are committed members in our home church here on Cape Cod.
