I have over 12 years of experience in nutrition working with a diverse range of men and women of all ages who are looking to live life to its fullest through proper health and fitness.

I am a generous, funny, and appreciative lover of life who believes in the power of food in changing lives. Having pursued Nutrition at the University, I have honed extensive expertise through my first-hand experiences, books, and personal studies; learning tried and tested methods which I channel into helping people live the lives they deserve.
