Lori Rodriguez

Mother of five, yes 5! I spent twenty-five years as an executive in the tech industry. Being a mom isn’t easy; being a woman in tech isn’t easy. Being both can be damn near impossible. My writing focuses on sharing stories, advice, and tools so that more and more women join, love, and flourish in the science, technology, engineering, and math fields.

I'm a writer, speaker, and Chief Digital Advisor for Women in Tech, a global non-profit with 200,000 members in forty-five chapters on six continents. I am also President of the US Chapter. I speak on digital transformation, customer experience, resilience, future of work, and women in technology, STEM, and leadership.

In my prior role as VP, Strategy, Innovation, and Operations at Gartner Inc., I built products and services that helped C-Suite Technology Leaders grow in their role, achieve breakthrough results for their organizations, and use technology to move the world forward. I have personally interviewed over a thousand Chief Information Officers and senior-most technology leaders.
