Daria Murphy

Daria Murphy was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, where she lived with her family and a white cat named Pinky. Daria’s career in education includes work as a reading specialist and elementary school principal. She continues to enjoy working with children.

Many years ago, Daria, her husband, Richard, and their son, James, lived with three cats - Claudine, the six-toed cat, Mercedes, a mighty hunter, and Cassiopeia, a clever feline escape artist who was simply called Cassie. These furry family members brought unconditional love and shared many adventures. Daria wrote this story long ago and she is thrilled to finally have it published for everyone to enjoy!

Today, Daria and her husband live in Florida with (of all things) their dog, Myah, who also brings them unconditional love.
