Hong Kong based author of Cocktails Of Asia, journalist, editor and bartender highly specialised in cocktails and spirits. Currently #7 on the Bar World 100 – a list of the world's most influential figures in the bar industry, having been featured for three consecutive years. Also #22 on Tatler's “Asia’s Most Influential: The Tastemakers List 2021" and consecutively nominated for Tales of the Cocktail Dame Hall of Fame since 2021.

Currently the Managing Editor (International) of DRiNK Magazine Asia (www.drinkmagazine.asia), the region's leading bar industry platform, consecutively nominated for Best Cocktail & Spirits Publication at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards since 2019. Also the Academy Chair for The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars, representing Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan; on the Education and Spirited Awards Committee for Tales of the Cocktail; judge for the TAG Spirits Awards and HLC Global Bartender Travel Scholarship and ambassador and judge for the World Whiskies Awards, and San Francisco, New York and Singapore World Spirits Competitions.

Founder of Asia Women In Booze – a platform for women in the alcohol industry and successfully organised Speed Rack Asia – a competition that originated in the USA to champion female bartenders and sees them go head to head in a speed bartending competition with all proceeds donated to breast cancer charities.

Previously the Food & Drink Editor of Time Out Hong Kong and has written and published two Hong Kong restaurant guide books and written content for several Time Out Dining Guides. Holds a Level 1 qualification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Passionate equality and sustainability advocate and has spoken on several panels in the bar industry as part of international industry events such as Singapore Cocktail Festival and Hong Kong's Future of Food Summit. Has also featured on several renowned Podcasts including Bartender at Large and judged cocktail competitions such as Diageo World Class and Bacardi Legacy.

Can often be found guest bartending at some of the world's best bars, shaking up innovative cocktails and was previously a bartender at The Old Man Hong Kong, during which time it was awarded Best Bar in Asia by Asia's 50 Best Bars 2019.
