Christopher Weedman

Dr. Christopher Weedman is Assistant Professor of English and advisor of the interdisciplinary Film Studies minor at Middle Tennessee State University, United States. His criticism and scholarship has appeared in "Cinema Retro," "Film International," "Jewish Film and New Media," "Journal of Cinema and Media Studies," "Quarterly Review of Film and Video," "Senses of Cinema," and the edited collections "Fifty Hollywood Directors" (2015) and "David Fincher’s Zodiac: Cinema of Investigation and (Mis)Interpretation" (2022). He is co-editor of the collections "Adult Themes: British Cinema and the X Certificate in the Long 1960s" (forthcoming 2023, with Anne Etienne and Benjamin Halligan) and "Liminal Noir in Classical World Cinema" (forthcoming 2023, with Elyce Rae Helford).
