Joy lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with two terrifying terriers, one tuxedo cat, and a chocolate lab named Shadow. A tiny acre gives her just enough room to "stretch those gardening skills." By the end of an Oklahoman summer, she is ready to stay inside with the air conditioning and read or write. Conversing with readers who enjoy cozy mysteries are a favorite past time, so she goes to as many shopping events and book signings as possible.
