Dawn Hamsher

Dawn Hamsher is a writer, dreamer, and encourager who calls women to come closer to Jesus. Her endearing demeanor resonates in her writing, drawing readers to seek God alongside her. For the past 15 years, she’s led Bible studies and retreats and has been wholeheartedly going after God with her trusty journal by her side. These years of meditating on Scripture and spending many hours getting to know God have resulted in dreams and visions and even healing. Her heart’s desire is for people to know Jesus intimately.

By day, Dawn is an IT Specialist, but by night, you might find her praying, speaking, blogging, or meeting a friend over coffee. Once a week, she plays with clay (hubby calls it pottering), making fun and quirky slab-work pottery. Dawn also enjoys sketching, camping, and taking long walks. She lives in Chambersburg, PA with her husband, Toby, their adult daughter, Gillian, and her sidekick, a toothless cat named Pippa, who loves belly rubs.
