Marina Serrano was born in 1973, in Quequén, Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has a degree in Physiatry & Kinesiology, a degree in Psychology and a Taekwondo Teacher, VI Dan.

He received Mention in the “Luis Tejeda 2010” award from the province of Córdoba, Argentina, for the book of stories: ““Divulgación científica. Una breve selección de cuentos positivistas” (Scientific dissemination. A brief selection of positivist stories); the Mention "II International Poetry Prize Prometheus Magazine for Books Published in Spanish Language" at the International Poetry Festival of Medellín for the book of poetry, 2007, for his book Formación Hospitalaria, and Mention of the National Endowment for the Arts for the book of poetry: La diastasis de las tibias largas.
She prefaced the Spanish translation of the Romanian poetry book La Privación de la Bestia, by Iulia Militaru (Hasta Trilce, 2021).
This last year she published the manual Tu Propia Escuela de Artes Marciales (Sigamos enamoradas, 2022) and the novel ¿Salva la escoria? (Ind. Pub., 2022).
In November 2023, she received a distinction from the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine National Congress for his work and career.
