Heather Mubarak is a recipe developer, a photographer, and the creator of Browned Butter Blondie, a blog where she shares her passion for making delicious, indulgent baked goods – heavy on the chocolate! Heather’s award-winning toffee (based on a secret family recipe) was featured on Rachael Ray Everyday and The Martha Stewart Show, and has been sold by Williams-Sonoma, Sur La Table, Nordstrom, Whole Foods, and more. Heather’s work has been featured on The Bake Feed, Taste of Home, Food & Wine, BuzzFeed, The Kitchn, and Food52, among others. She lives with her husband and three daughters in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
