Whitney Cubbison

Whitney Cubbison writes upmarket women's fiction for readers of Emily Henry, Annabel Monaghan, Carley Fortune, and Taylor Jenkins Reid. A dual American-French citizen, she moved to Paris in 2009 and spent sixteen years at Microsoft — thirteen of them from the Paris office — before leaving in 2022 to write full-time.

Her Will There Be…? series — a connected-standalones universe of modern love stories set across Europe's most storied cities — includes Will There Be Wine? (2023, drawn from her own life as a 30-something American divorcée in Paris; recognized in the Publishers Weekly BookLife Prize), Will There Be Love? (2025, IPPY Silver Medal winner), and Will There Be Time? (Fall 2026). Each can be read as a standalone.

When she's not writing, Whitney can usually be found in a Parisian café, drinking a glass of wine with her friends.
