Laura Crenshaw is the creator of Mythulu, whose mission is to stabilize and expand the storytelling industry. She writes both fantasy and non-fiction (Neverboss, Customer Superheroes, Sweeter than Silence) and serves as editor-in-chief for Mythulu Magazine. She earned a Business Entrepreneurship B.S from Arizona State University, which inspired her passion for the economics of art.
As a primitive outdoor survivalist, Laura believes adventure is rocket fuel for writing. Her adventures began with working as a wilderness therapy trail guide for two years, where she experienced the full range from winter snowstorms to summer deserts in Arizona. Guiding at-risk youth through medical and personal crises has made her an advocate for identity discovery issues including LGBTQIA+, mental health, ED recovery, and antifragility.
Her current hobbies include fire flow, scuba diving, backpacking, and photography. She lives with her husband in sunny San Diego.
