Amber Elliot

Amber is a modern quilter, pattern designer, and educator. She runs the Modern Makes Membership, teaches technique courses and pattern writing, and releases unique modern patterns under the Alderwood Studio brand. She has been sewing since she was old enough to hold a needle and quilting for two decades. She currently resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her family. In her free time she enjoys gardening, knitting, painting, and playing with her young children.
