Robert Oswald Nickol M.A.
Robert Nickol was raised on a ranch in North Central Montana. He began his post-secondary education at Providence University in Great Falls Montana. There, he completed a B.S, in Sociology. After working in that field with Native Americans, he developed an interest in Anthropology and Linguistics. Hè returned to school and attended the University of Montana. There he completed an M.A. as a linguistic Anthropologist.
After graduating, he began to work and explore the national parks and the native peoples of those areas. In particular, Yellowstone, Everglades, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Denali, Shenendoah, and Cape Hatteras. Then, he was accepted into the Peace Corps and served as an agricultural advisor in eastern Bolivia.
After his Peace Corps service, he returned to Yellowstone Park as a ranger. He is now retired and living in Montana. His hobbies include music, art, and poetry. He is active on Facebook and Youtube. He welcomes anyone interested to comment on his posts in either English or Spanish.
