John Sidwell

John Sidwell is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and is currently with Infinera Corporation in San Jose, California hired to transform business practices and controls. Previous roles include various positions with PepsiCo and Coca-Cola, followed by 20 years of technology experience with Cypress Semiconductor (Infineon), SunPower (Total S.A.), Electronic Arts, Dolby Laboratories, and 3COM Corporation. The last ten years John specialized in developing robust Enterprise Risk Management Programs. He has written and spoken at events including MetricStream Global GRC Summits, Institute of Internal Auditors, blogs of companies such as AuditBoard, and guest speaker for a Risk Management / Internal Audit class at San Jose University. John has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois and is a member of Institute of Internal Auditors, Financial Executives International, Neu Group Internal Audit Peer Group, and others.
