Fiona Mason is a writer and creative mentor whose work explores joy, grief, presence, and what it means to live fully. Trained as a philosopher, she brings a lifelong interest in questions of responsibility, language and being to her writing. Her memoir 36 Hours was shortlisted for the 2023 East Anglian Book Awards, the 2016 Pat Kavanagh Prize and received a special mention in the 2017 Spread the Word Life Writing Prize. Alongside her writing, she works as a creative coach, mentor and facilitator, helping people reconnect with their curiosity, creativity and purpose.
