Jesica Fields

Hey y'all! I'm Jesica, a writer, poet, and content creator from Central Texas. Before becoming a full-time writer, I served in the United States Air Force, then spent 10 years at home raising and homeschooling my two children. At age 30 I received a late diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD-1 or Aspergers). This recent discovery encouraged me to express myself through poetry to better connect with the people I love. After two years of poetry workshops and independent study, I designed and self-published my first book of poetry. Today, I continue to be a homemaker while dedicating my time to poetry, freelance writing, and various multimedia projects. When I'm not writing you can find me at a thrift store or library, leveling up my farm on Harvest Moon, or waiting by the mailbox for my Hogwarts Letter; just your average Millennial. :) I love volunteering within my local community, hiking through hill country, and exploring museums. I'm looking forward to a long and exciting writing career and strive to leave a legacy of work that helps educate, inspire, and uplift the collective. Sending you all the love and light.
