Torger Vedeler

As you can see from all these books, Harold Torger Vedeler has done a lot of writing. In one case he drew Sumerian cuneiform tablets (literally) from the Yale Babylonian Collection. His most infamous work is no doubt “Doughnuts of the Gods,” a parody of pseudoscience which has been used as a textbook in college courses. And then, finally, you can see his varied science fiction and fantasy, where one short story, “Ilium,” received an Honorable Mention in “The Year’s Best Fantasy and Horror 2008: 21st Annual Collection.” Rumors that he is actually a space alien are probably exaggerated.
