Steve Georgopoulos attributes much of his success in life, both family and work to intergenerational synergies. Currently living in his fourth chapter of his life, Steve is shifting his vocation from hospitality to writing and research.
A community builder, ambassador for organizations he believes in and lifelong learner, Steve acquired his formal education at Concordia University in Montreal, and his “PhD of Life” in the 1960’s while working at his parent’s grocery store in Montreal’s mile end. His working experience at the grocery store and passion for customer service led him to a fulfilling and award-winning 35-year career in the hospitality industry, and as a continuing volunteer and supporter of co-operative education and experiential learning. Steve continues to mentor and coach both youth and adults to live their best lives.
Steve lives in Ottawa with his wife Liga, and daughters Amanda and Krista and is a proud grandfather aka pappoś to Olivia, Abigail, Ava and Finnigan.
