Alexis Carter

Alexis Carter has a master’s degree and a specialty in behavioral and forensic psychology. Her expertise is in developing self-awareness, healthy relationship strategies, and recognizing negative patterns and self-esteem issues that can lead to unwanted dysfunction in relationships and personal and professional lives.

Alexis’s goal is to arm teens, men, and women with practical strategies and techniques to understand ingrained behaviors, develop healthy relationships, create realistic perspectives and priorities, and manage challenges and traumas that can affect personal success.

She has created a library of self-help titles, workbooks, journals, and coloring books designed to address self-esteem, coping strategies, confidence building, stress management, and mindfulness. When Alexis is not helping others, she is a busy single mom of twins and lives in California with her children.
