Brad TerEick is an Architect and a member of Cisco’s Worldwide Cloud Infrastructure and Software team. In this global role, Brad amplifies technical platform knowledge to Cisco field engineering teams, external partners, and customers and he also functions as a trusted advisor to platform engineering, services, and marketing. He has earned the Cisco Live Distinguished Speaker designation and is a regularly requested presenter at industry events, internal knowledge transfer conferences, and Cisco’s Executive Briefing Center. At Cisco, Brad has functioned as a cybersecurity specialist and applies his more than 20 years of experience with compute and cloud engineering to drive Cisco’s strategic multicloud operations platform. Based in the United States, Brad joined Cisco in 2010 to help launch the highly successful Unified Computing System (UCS). Before joining Cisco, Brad spent many years at Compaq and HP as both an emerging technologies Engineer and Infrastructure Architect focusing on blade architectures and systems management software. In his career, Brad has been both an engineering leader as well as an engineer himself. Brad has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and lives in Minnesota with his wife and their 4 children. Brad enjoys the outdoors and is an avid skier and mountain biker.
