Fouad Boulos (born November 8, 1974 in Beirut, Lebanon) is a breast pathologist whose passion and involvement in the creative arts go back longer than he can remember. Painting was his first passion, poetry his second, and children's books his third, ignited by a growing family and a hoard of small humans filling his days (and nights) with joyful tearful chaos.
Aida and the Tree of Music, co-authored with his cousin and colleague Samer Nassif, is his first "official" published work. Born out of a musical album and an illustration, it tells the story of a little girl whose adventure is a reminder of the magic music and stories bring into our lives.
As he continues to juggle careers in medicine and art, he credits all inspiration, drive, and fulfillment in his life journey to his six beautiful children and his amazing wife Shirine.
