Kees Postma

Kees Postma is a Baptist pastor and author from the Netherlands. He lives with his wife, Wieteke, and their four children — two boys, two girls, and a household where silence is rare and laughter isn’t.

After spending nearly five years involved in church planting in Ireland, he returned to Friesland, a quieter rural corner of the Netherlands. There, he now pastors a local church and writes in the margins of everyday life — somewhere between sermons, school runs, and strong cups of coffee.

Kees enjoys telling honest, relatable, and gently humorous stories about church life — the kind many Christians will recognize all too well. His books blend humor with deeper reflections on faith, grace, and the beautifully imperfect reality of being human.

When he’s not writing or preaching, you’ll likely find him playing his Epiphone JS-180 guitar or listening to Petra and Andrew Peterson.
