Mark Stricklin

After being raised in a home where anger was expressed through verbal and physical actions and at that time a society at large that allowed men to express anger aggressively as a appropriate response. Mark spent a life time in his journey learning how to accept anger as an emotion that is a direct response to an unmet expectation(s) and then finding ways to express anger that is appropriate. Mark has been teaching anger management skills as a volunteer for over 25 years, for those struggling with addictions, on parole, court appointed, or recommended by social and religious counselors . For those who do not have the resources to pay therapy, Mark has developed a simple understanding and lays out some guidelines to help manage expectations and responses to being angry, depressed, stressed, and other related emotions.
