Amora Wheeler

Amora Wheeler was born in Stoke on Trent in 2012 and now lives in Cheshire with her mum, stepdad, younger sister, beloved pug and French bulldog. She first began creating the adventures of the pug parade whilst going to school with her mum in 2018, inspired by her own pug, Chopper!

In 2021, she also began to write a separate book series, adapted for an older audience which will be available in 2023.

She has always been passionate about making a difference and loves to use the adventures of The Pug Parade to give a voice to people who are typically under-represented in children’s books. Bringing humour into her writing also allows Amora to relate her stories to the children reading them.

She is a self-confessed book worm and regularly spends her evenings getting lost in adventure books!

When she isn't reading or writing stories, she loves attending drama classes, street dance classes and playing with her friends, like most children her age!
