Robert Simpson

ROBERT SIMPSON’S twin passions are science and languages, with particular interest in writing systems and scripts. He has been absorbed in science fiction since the age of nine.

An avid bibliophile, Robert grew up in Wolverhampton. After graduating in biochemistry from Wadham College, Oxford, he spent many years teaching English as a Foreign Language in Spain, Sweden and York. Since 2012 Robert has lived in Scarborough, England, and until his retirement was product manager and technical author for a local engineering company.
