Jill Aburrow

Jill Aburrow's HR career spans nearly 30 years, during which time she has worked in and with every type of business, from globally recognised brands to small charities with just a handful of employees.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with a Post Graduate Certificate in Employment Law, she regularly advises on complex redundancy issues.

She has run her own HR consultancy business, Heartfelt HR Ltd, for five years, specialising in redundancy and disciplinary issues with some policy and contract provision as a bit of light relief. She is a great believer that managing people with kindness and compassion bring great results because happy employees equal a thriving business.

Jill lives in rural Oxfordshire with her husband, Julian, and two rescue cats.
