E2M Chef Connect was created by the founder of the wildly popular online E2M Fitness program along with the E2M Chefs. This team is responsible for bringing you a delicious health filled series of cookbooks. E2M Fitness program was founded by owner Jeff Witherspoon and is an online weight-loss program that has helped over 150,000 members lose weight and meet their fitness goals while sticking to whole, nutrient-dense foods.
