Jack Needham

Jack's philosophy on personal growth begins with "Everyone is Brilliant," which most of us have forgotten. Jack defines himself as a mindset/wellness coach and believes everyone has their self-improvement answers deep within their mindset, and when they are invited to think about what the answer might be, they will find it.

Whether in individual coaching sessions or leadership development classes, Jack Needham leads people to identify self-defeating behaviors and helps them make decisive choices to achieve their goals. With his perceptive insights into human nature and ability to relate to people on spiritual and emotional levels, Jack inspires individuals and organizations to change and grow by asking masterful questions and holding them accountable for their actions.

Jack has been training and coaching individuals in self-awareness and personal growth for more than 29 years. His specialty is leadership development and executive coaching. He is proficient in assessing needs, formulating concrete action plans, influencing effective solutions, designing and implementing complete training programs, and building effective teams.

Jack, an ordained minister, and a published author, holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a BS in education. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Association of Coaches (IAC).

As a master certified trainer for The Coaching Clinicİ and Conversational Intelligence, Jack brings his unique talents, skills, and abilities to a widely diverse audience of organizations locally, nationally, and internationally. As a certified Life Coachİ and Self-Talkİ trainer, Jack utilizes his motivational psychology skills to guide individuals in finding inspiration, creativity, and energy inside themselves.
