Jill Danis

Jill Danis is a Vancouver based Interior Designer and an emerging writer, with a penchant for witchcraft and deep-rooted passion for fantasy. An aspiring novelist and creative soul, she debuts her writing career with the self-published children's book The Very Different Witch.

“Ever since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to be a witch. While other girls were dressing up like princesses and gushing over the Prince Charming, I was idolizing every fairytale’s wicked witch. Over the years, I have spent countless hours reading fantasy and daydreaming about magic. Through mysticism, I have been able to maintain my inner child, fuel my imagination and find everyday magic in the world around me. My goal is to spark curiosity and wonder in others, young and old, and to encourage everyone to be their wonderfully, magically, unique selves.”
