Geoff Frey

Geoff Frey's interest in conflict and its resolution began when studying International Relations at university. His time there saw him making his first visit to NATO's HQ near Brussels. Later on, he worked as an analyst within the defence sector before moving into other analytical roles in commercial businesses. His interest in conflict and its resolution never left him and he spent eight years as a community mediator assisting people in resolving their conflicts. It became apparent that despite the many types of conflicts that occurred there was an underlying issue which meant that the arising of conflict was inevitable in everyone's life. That underlying issue continues to this day and is responsible for every kind of conflict including the wars we are currently experiencing.
