Rahel boasts a distinguished career path spanning over 12 years, characterized by progressive administrative roles in various industries. Her journey began at Mecon Construction, where she honed her skills in office management and operational efficiency. Following this, she transitioned to IHS Towers, a multinational telecommunications giant, where she further enriched her expertise in the corporate landscape.

In 2018, Rahel took a significant leap by founding Raspowers Ltd, a dynamic company headquartered in the vibrant city of Douala, Cameroon. Under her leadership, Raspowers Ltd has emerged as a multifaceted service provider excelling in contracts, supply services, and the production of Era’a Bleach, a flagship product renowned for its quality and efficacy.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Rahel is deeply committed to social impact and women’s empowerment. She is the founder of Lead Girls Africa, a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing education and empowerment opportunities to women and girls across Cameroon. Through initiatives like the Rahel’s Red Dot Project, she has made significant strides in breaking barriers by providing tuition, study materials, medical support, and sanitary pads to thousands of schoolgirls.
