Robert Pizzini

Robert (Bob) Pizzini is an accomplished leader, business owner, and an award-winning CEO. As an enlisted Navy Deep Sea Diver and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer, Bob led missions and deployed EOD teams to locate, defuse, and detonate explosives on land and under water, in austere environments worldwide during his 26-year military career. Bob coaches and mentors business leaders, high potential team members, political figures, academics, and others in the areas of personal and professional development, to include health and wellness. His holistic approach to leadership sets him apart as an expert in building and leading high performing teams. He had been a USA Hockey coach for over a decade and coaches high school hockey. Bob lives in Virginia Beach VA, with his wife and two teenage children.
