J. D. Weaver

JDWeaver holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Whitworth University and has spent more than five decades in California’s engineering and construction industries. A licensed General Engineering, General Building, and Electrical Contractor, he designed, engineered, and built complex infrastructure projects, including multiple alternative‑fueling facilities during the state’s early clean‑energy transition.
