Sylvain Vincent

Sylvain Vincent, FCPA, is a former EY partner with more than 45 years of experience in finance, corporate advisory, and transaction-related services.

He began his career in 1979 with Clarkson Gordon, now EY, and spent 36 years with the firm. During his career he advised corporate clients on complex transactions and strategic business matters. He served his final nine years at EY as Managing Partner for Eastern Canada.

Sylvain is a graduate of HEC Montréal (Université de Montréal) and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation. He was later recognized as a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) in recognition of his professional achievements and contributions to the profession.

Since retiring from EY, he has served on several boards of directors and works as a coach and trainer for professionals and executives.

He lives between Canada and Florida with his wife Johanne. They have two daughters, Émilie and Alexandra, and three grandchildren.
