Laila-Elizabeth Risdon originally trained as a musician, singer and actor, she brings her love of creative expression, play, presence and embodied practice in to all she does.
Laila-Elizabeth Risdon BA (Hons) MA, is one of the founders
of the award-winning, triple bottom line company, Indigo Brave
Group Ltd. Her coaching and workshops have helped over 20,000
people create real and lasting changes in their lives, through
Indigo Brave’s proprietary methodology, which includes The SELF
ModelTM. Laila and the Indigo Brave team support business
leaders, senior teams, and future leaders in the corporate,
Education and Third sectors; leaders who wish to create success
through developing a more collaborative, emotionally intelligent,
and high-performance culture. Laila also runs Indigo Brave Social
Enterprise, working with vulnerable adults and teens, supporting
improved wellbeing and mental health. She is married with
two children and lives in a passive house on a smallholding, as
part of a sustainable, eco-project. She loves to spend time on
the smallholding, tending the veg plots, polytunnels, bees, sheep,
and chickens, using biodynamic and permaculture methods. She
also enjoys camping, adventures and walking her dogs! She loves
to sing and is a member of two choirs, as well as writing and
performing with her band, Agent LaLa. A student of Qi Gong, Tai
Ji, Five Rhythms dance, Improv Comedy, cold water swimming,
singing, regenerative agriculture, music, and many forms of
meditation, increasing her presence and deepening her level of
consciousness continues to be her passion. She is thrilled to be
able to support as many people as possible to live more connected,
empowered, joyful, sustainable, and successful lives.
