John Ekundayo

Dr. John Moyo Ope Ekundayo (aka JMO) is a registered Civil Engineer turned Organizational Management and Leadership Researcher and Consultant. He obtained his first degree from the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Nigeria graduating with a BSc in Civil Engineering in 1985. He graduated with a Diploma from the School of Leadership, TLBC, Singapore, 2006. Moreover, in his quest for more learning, he bagged a Master degree in Organizational Leadership (MOL) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia (2009) and then later, a PhD (Management by Research) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2012.

Moreover, Dr Ekundayo John Moyo is a registered Civil Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) (January 1992) and as well as Corporate Member, Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) (December 1992).

Dr. John Ekundayo possesses Certifications or e-Diploma in Strategy Execution (August 2021); Sustainable Business Strategy (October 2021); and Economics for Managers (December 2021) from the prestigious Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston, USA resulting in HBS awarding him a Specialization Certificate in Strategy (January 2022). He is a strategist cum leadership development consultant, presently serving as CEO, Leading Strategies Consult Ltd., based in Lagos, Nigeria.

John Ekundayo has, and jointly published with other researchers many scholastic articles in veritable journals some of which are available online. Moreover, he is an author, having written and co-author books:

(3) OUT OF AFRICA: FASHOLA – Reinventing Servant Leadership To Engender Nigeria’s Transformation;

Adding another feather to his cap, he has numerous guest’s appearances at prime time on such national television stations, namely, Channels TV, TVC and Arise TV as political analyst, public affairs commentator and leadership strategist cum researcher some of which are available on You Tube.
