LaLisa provides psychotherapy and counseling for adults (18 and older) and guides the healing process for men, women, parents, and couples. Many people need support to develop positive coping strategies for anxiety, depression, trauma, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and working through life’s peaks and valleys during life’s transitions: young adult (18-30), prenatal and postpartum for mothers & fathers, waiting parents (surrogacy), and a host of concerns with parenting teens and childrenwith special needs, and caring for aging parents or making plans for life’s transitions. In therapy, clients are genuinely “seen and heard” while cultivating change through insight and application of new skills. LaLisa has found that her divine purpose is to guide individuals to their life purpose and self-awareness to achieve a vision of life, love, family, and community one person at a time.
