Kara Wood lives in a suburb in Florida. She’s an ordinary person, the opposite of a fitness expert. Something that sets Kara apart is her ability to keep a running streak alive for twelve years and counting—through a challenging career as an attorney; two pregnancies and childbirths; being a wife and mother; and all of the other challenges and chaos that life has thrown her way.
