He has developed extensive experience through starting, growing and ultimately selling several small businesses over the past thirty plus years in the upstream Oil and Gas, environmental and financial services industries.

His varied and multi-industry experience makes him a considerable asset to any company seeking leadership, strategy development and execution, business, financial, change management, human resources as well as operational excellence expertise.

He graduated with a B. Comm. in Finance from UBC., is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and holds certificates in Change Management, Leadership and Strategic Planning, and is a Certified Value Builder and is currently working on the academic requirements for a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

Robert is keenly focused on helping small business owners enhance the value of their businesses: creating the conditions that will allow them to extract the hard-earned value they have created while ensuring a sustainable business for the next generation of owners.
