Pertelle Gilmore is the founder and former Executive Director of The B.U.C.K. Squad, a non-profit focused on reducing gun-violence by de-escalation and conflict resolution. As the Senior Coordinator of the LOCUST Therapeutic Community he was awarded with a number of accolades for his exemplary service and innovative techniques in changing the trajectory of incarcerated men lives. Equipped with over a dozen Social Skill Certifications and a Valedictorian graduate of the prestigious University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business

Entrepreneurs Program he spends his days investing in the community that he once destroyed by mentoring at-risk young men, teaching and training conflict resolution and de-escalation, and lecturing about the importance of mental health awareness.
