Jeneen Gacek

Jeneen is a consultant, writer, speaker and Mama of two living in Bali, Indonesia.

Originally from the mountainous regions of Canada, Jeneen's background in Business Marketing set the stage for her early start as a creative entrepreneur. Over the years, she has worn many hats, including Event Planner, Teacher, Visionary Leader, Product Designer & Developer, and Sales & Marketing Strategist.

In 2016, driven by curiosity, Jeneen and her family embraced Self-Directed Learning, a decision that profoundly transformed their lives. This experiment in education reshaped not only their family dynamics but also their perspectives on learning.

After downsizing her fashion business in 2018, Jeneen pursued a Master's degree in Transformative Learning Communities at Antioch University. This academic journey deepened her understanding of transformative learning, which involves psychological changes (self-understanding), convictional changes (belief systems), and behavioral changes (lifestyle).

Today, Jeneen is dedicated to sharing the transformative benefits of Self-Directed Learning with other families through her platform, FLRSH360. She supports parents in fostering happy, healthy, and interest-driven lives for their children in our rapidly changing world.

Jeneen facilitates workshops for parents, self-directed groups for parents and children, teen creativity sessions, and speaks at events on Mindful Parenting, Self-Directed Learning, Transformative Communities, and Conscious Leadership.

This new chapter of her work ignites her passion, and she is determined to make significant strides in shifting worldviews on learning and transforming societal functions.
