Bob Stuckey

Bob Stuckey is a partner in BizControl Solutions (www.bizcontrolsolutions.com).

He has held corporate-level positions in accounting and finance with applications to manufacturing, procurement, distribution, treasury, tax, sales, human relations, and adoption of leading-edge IT systems. He has been involved in over thirty-five restructurings and reorganizations, and in multiple corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

As the business controls expert for a major multi-national, Bob has designed and implemented controls in North and South America, Europe, and Asia in industries such as: agriculture, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food ingredients, construction, mining, utilities, and industrial equipment. He has lectured and taught business control principles to line/staff groups and internal auditors for Monsanto, Fischer Controls, Searle, Continental Pharma, and NutraSweet. Bob’s controls training programs have been conducted in twenty-seven different countries for executives from sixty-five countries.

Bob was a COSO representative on internal control, and has been a frequent speaker at in college undergraduate business and MBA programs. He has been published in The Corporate Board, St. Louis Small Business Monthly, St. Louis Business Journal, and other publications.
