Patrick Mork

Patrick Mork is a startup CEO coach, motivational speaker and author of Step Back and LEAP - a self help meets personal memoir book that combines raw, brutally honest life stories with highly practical exercises designed to help people make profound changes in their lives.

As an executive coach, founder and CEO of LEAP, and motivational speaker he has worked with CEO and senior leaders across Latin America to improve their leadership and build company cultures of meaning and purpose. Clients have included Google, Meta, Yahoo!, Lime, Walmart, Scotiabank, Banco Bice and NEC as well as some of the regions leading unicorns and technology companies. In 2022, he was the only foreigner to have been nominated as an HR Influencer for his contributions to leadership development.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Patrick was a 3 time Chief Marketing Officer with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in mobile gaming startups and large companies including Google and PepsiCo. An award winning marketer, he built and led the marketing team at Google that created and launched Google play and is a Pocket Gamer Hall of Fame inductee for his contributions to the mobile gaming industry.

Originally Belgian, he has lived in 11 countries, speaks 4 languages and holds an MBA from Insead. He currently lives in Miami, Florida and is the father to two amazing children.
