Lee Autore

Lee Autore is the founder of Goal-Time LLC (Startup, Business, and Technology consulting firm) and Planogol LLC (a SaaS Startup in the Health and Wellness industry), a member of Mythical Misfits Performance Troupe, and a WKI Certified Coach. He is a mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering at the University of Cincinnati.

Lee has more than ten years as a business owner and business solutions analyst (or solutions engineer). His background includes customer support, controls engineering, digital marketing, and sales. Prior management roles varied from team lead to department head. Lee has also started a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on conservation and sustainability.

Lee values integrity, inspiration, and innovation. He is on a mission to provide a process that assesses, improves, and maintains life balance. Leaders can work with Lee to create a life-impacting culture that inspires greatness in their employees. Lee's process benefits organizations by putting power behind attracting talent and promoting loyalty.

Lee started Goal-Time as a consulting business. He and his team evolved it into a firm that provides start-up, small business, and technology support services. Goal-Time saves entrepreneurs time, money and frustration by crafting achievable paths to success. They also provide project management, specialized start-up and business planning services.

Goal-Time offers a free half-day consult to any new client, and prides itself on providing new perspectives during that consult.

Lee's start-up, Planogol, evolved out of Goal-Time's original plan which included an idea for a dream and goal management. Planogol is a Software as a Service (SaaS) life management system in the health and wellness industry. It focuses on attaining life balance through the achievement of targeted dreams and goal. Planogol is set to release their “pen and paper” workbook in mid 2023, and the SaaS website during 2024. They also offer life coaching in person and via zoom meetings.

Lee is writing to help fulfill his own goals and hopes to share his expertise in this book. He plans to share through a workbook, lunch-and-learns, public speaking, retreats, networking events, and a video blog.

Lee Autore has (occasionally-balanced) creative and adventure life areas. His role in Mythical Misfits Performance Troupe is a great outlet. Lee is a ballroom dancer, juggler, whip cracker, and LED/fire flow arts performer. Mythical Misfits do a very limited number of shows local to the Dayton, Ohio area.

Lee and his wife Coryn are proud parents of their 4-year-old little girl. They are often found on adventures including horseback riding, amusement parks and traveling. The Autore family strives to be generous and are strong supports for friends and family. They usually have at least one extra roommate who needed a steppingstone place to live.

Lee enjoys helping entrepreneurs reach their business aspirations. He aspires to bring his process to individuals, couples, and families.

He knows he doesn’t have all the answers, and is always looking for mentors and advisors, and he is currently looking to fill two equity-based advisory boards for businesses he is involved in.
