C. V. Rammohan Rao is a performance coach and trains corporate executives in managerial performance and leadership. In his career spanning over three decades in human resources management, Ram handled leadership roles at government and private organisations of global repute in sectors like power, healthcare, infrastructure and sugar, partnering business and managing change in multicultural contexts. He is accredited in Myers and Briggs Type Indicator methodology which enables him to delve into the deeper aspects of personality and leverage them for performance oriented transformative actions that benefit the individual and his organisation. His training and practice in Hogan assessment method gives him an edge in predicting an individual’s performance in a role and in coaching him in aspects that elevate his performance consistently. He is also trained for accreditation in Belbin’s team role facilitation which allows him to build and strengthen teams in organisations by assessing and coaching managers in team-roles that are specific to their strengths. As a leadership coach he enables managers and leaders to break barriers and display their potential. Ram is a life member of Indian Society for Training Development and has taught at premier business schools as he nurtures a deep liking for addressing students of management. He was also associated with International Labour Organisation in its project for elimination of child labour in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
