Derrick Smalls

Derrick W. Smalls is an accomplished entrepreneur and community advocate currently residing in the Atlanta Metro area. As the owner of Vintage Loyalty Publishing and Apparel, Derrick combines his passion for creativity with his commitment to social change. He is deeply involved in criminal justice reform and ex-offender advocacy, dedicating his efforts to connecting individuals with the resources they need for successful reintegration into society.

Derrick holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an Undergraduate in Marketing from the University of Phoenix Derrick is currently pursuing his doctorate in management. His academic journey reflects his ambition, as he aims to further his education at Harvard Business School to obtain a certified in Organizational Leadership. Derrick's long-term goal is to earn a Doctorate in Engineering, with a focus on sustainable energy development, an area he is particularly passionate about.
