Bill Smart

Bill Smart was a pastor for 20 years, serving in associate roles in Ohio and Kansas, and as a senior pastor in Missouri. He then served 15 years as a hospice chaplain, during which he and his wife (a counseling psychologist) led a personal growth workshop and marriage retreats.

Bill’s passion is to support people in learning to authentically relate to God, self, and others. He began questioning the popular view of spiritual gifts during seminary, and his studies led him to an understanding of gifts that focuses on your journey: growing into the unique you God created. Its themes have bled through in his ministries to people throughout his various career roles.
