David Mauerhofer

David Mauerhofer was born on 15th November 2002 and currently lives in the beautiful Austrian state of Styria. He had his initial ideas about writing at the tender age of seven and put his first longer story on paper when he was eleven. In 2019, when he was just sixteen, he published his first novel, "Luke Maken". In 2020, he began translating his book into English with the help of David Hagan, an Oxford graduate. Almost two years later, that work was completed, and the author started preparing for the publication of his book in 2023. In his spare time, he likes climbing, drawing, travelling through Europe and reading books, which he reviews on several accounts under the name Lesekaiser ("reading emperor").
