Jamee Mae

Dr. Jamee Mae Berg (“Jamee Mae”) is a trained neuroscientist, singer/songwriter, educator, and children’s book author. She has fourteen years’ experience researching and publishing on neurodevelopmental disorders and eleven years in the field of autism spectrum disorders, specifically. As a singer/songwriter, she’s performed in festivals, recorded and released over fifteen singles, and has created music for film. After having her first daughter, Kaileia, she authored the children’s book and song, “Kaileia’s Garden,” which celebrates diversity. “Kaileia’s Garden” is highly rated both on Amazon and Barnes & Noble and was selected as part of Barnes & Noble’s “Kids’ Club Eligible” list. Most recently, Dr. Berg has been in the classroom working with preschool-aged children. Through that experience, she has seen how the power of music and books can create a lasting positive impact on children and the community at large. Dr. Berg lives with her two daughters, Kaileia and Kayden, in Nashville, Tennessee.
